This Privacy Policy explains how pokertimer.io and the PokerTimer mobile app collect, use, and protect information when people create poker rooms, run tournament clocks, manage accounts, or use related hosting tools.

Information We Collect

• Account details such as email address, login/session data, and saved workspace settings when you create or use an account.
• Room and event details such as blind structures, player names entered by the host, guest links, check-in records, and display settings.
• Technical information such as device type, browser or app user agent, IP address, timestamps, logs, and error diagnostics.
• Billing-related identifiers if paid features are enabled, such as plan status and payment-provider customer or subscription IDs.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate tournament rooms, sync displays and admin controls, maintain accounts, provide support, prevent abuse, improve reliability, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help operate hosting, email, analytics, security, or payment workflows. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Mobile App

The PokerTimer Android app is a mobile wrapper for the pokertimer.io service. It uses internet access to load the service and keep rooms synced. The first Google Play version does not include advertising SDKs.

Retention And Choices

We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, maintain records, prevent abuse, and satisfy legal obligations. Account users may contact us to request help with access, correction, or deletion.

Children

PokerTimer is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.
